Every now and then, I'll come across an INCREDIBLE opportunity to push my "day gig" skills to the limit. A lot of times, these opportunities are strictly volunteer, but it's just too friggin' cool to pass up.

This — ladies and gentlemen — is such a time, and for an AWESOME group of folks in Atlanta.

The Artifice Club is in their own words, "A society of steampunks, retrofuturists, and like-minded creative folk who host and run amazing events."

Amazing events indeed — Steampunk? Alternate History? Now THIS is something I knew I would certainly go crazy with, so I volunteered to create the promotional materials for their new event, "A Midsummer Night's STEAM." The pieces included 2 fliers, Event Poster, Program, Tickets, Badges and Web Banners.

Needless to say, I had a great time working on this, as the chance to "geek out" in design is a rare one.

The folks at the Artifice Club are an amazing group of folks, with a whole bunch of talented artisans and craftspeople already in their ranks, so I highly suggest checking them out, and I hope to do some more for them in the future!
